Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) is the Telecom R&D centre of the Department
of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.

Problem Statements Cohort 1
1. To develop a modularized deepfake detection system that can accurately identify AI-generated media, such as audio, video, image and text.
2. To develop a Gamified Platform for Phishing Simulation.
3. To develop IoTCertManager - Secure Certificate Management across Heterogeneous IoT networks and devices under smart cities utilizing OneM2M standard.
4. To develop a solution for Fileless Malware Detection and Mitigation.
5. To improve the open-source Mosquitto MQTT broker by integrating a comprehensive monitoring dashboard that offers real-time insights into broker performance, MQTT client activity, and message traffic.

Eligibility Criteria
DPIIT Certification – The startup must be recognized by DPIIT.
Indian Ownership – Founder must be an Indian citizen, with majority shareholding by Indian citizens.
Application Limit – Each applicant can apply for up to two problem statements.
Selection Process
The selection process involves the following stages:
Online Application Submission
Submit business plans, product demos, and pitch decks.
Screening Committee Review
A panel of experts evaluates applications based on eligibility, business potential, and
technical
feasibility.
Presentation and Final Selection
Shortlisted startups present before a Selection Committee, after
which the final cohort will be selected for the program
